Shipping Info
Patches ordered from the UK are sent 1st Class. Postage price is £1.70 for 1st Class.
International Patches are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. This can take 7-18 days. Postage price is £3.50.
All patches are shipped within 3-10 working days. You are purchasing from a one-person business that makes all its products to order and holds no stock. Your patience is greatly appreciated, as is your custom.
Orders over £30 GBP will be sent out with standard shipping for free. If you are international, please check the currency conversion or add things to your basket to work out where free shipping is at the current rates.
I am originally an Etsy seller with a store you can view here, along with thousands of 5-star reviews of my patches and order fulfilment. You can trust you are buying from a reputable seller when you purchase from my website, but should you wish to buy from me on Etsy instead, you can do so through the link.

Can I cancel my order?
All orders are made to order, if you need to cancel your order, please do so within 4 days otherwise it will already be on it's way.

If you need to return your patch, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
When will I receive my order?
UK orders should expect to be received 1-3 days after you receive your notification that it has been dispatched. International should typically arrive in 7-18 days, but on the rare occasion it is delayed, it can take a few weeks to arrive. Please contact me if this is the case so that I can prepare to replace your order should it reach 6 weeks and I can claim it back from the Post Office as lost in transit.
Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes. My time is spread quite thin between this business, my family life, and my health conditions so I'm very choosy and taking on custom projects that will take a lot of time. Please message me with a photo or description of what you're looking for. Changes to existing patches in my store will almost certainly be able to be accommodated, but completely custom patches will likely to only be taken on if they aren't too complex.
Do you sell digital files of your embroidery patterns?
Whilst they are not listed, I am open to selling the embroidery patterns so you can put the designs on your own garments. It's important to mention if you will be using this on a commercial basis.
